The four of us (two adults with an 8 year old and a 1 year old) spent 9 days at Al Gelso Bianco and had an amazing time. We rented the Salvia apartment (two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace). The apartment was beautiful and spotless and had a crib and a high chair for the baby.

Al Gelso Bianco has the most idyllic setting in the Tuscan hills, and the drive there from Florence was so scenic. I wanted to do a pasta-making class with my daughter while we were in Italy, but I wanted a class where she could really participate, rather than just standing around and watching the adults cook.
